Courtyard Café
This section provides information regarding the Courtyard Café at
Brighton Marine
The Courtyard Café is located on the second floor of Building 1 R.E.
Hawes Main Building. Vending
Machines are also available in The Courtyard Café.
The Courtyard Café remains private property of BM and is made
available at the discretion of BM.
The Courtyard Café is conveniently available to all employees of
BM, tenant organizations and legitimate patients and visitors to BM.
Hours of Operation:
The Courtyard Café
is open to
Tenants/Patients during the hours of 7:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M. unless
otherwise noted by BM.
Rules and Regulations:
1.
No person may
use, operate, or remove Courtyard Café equipment, material or products
belonging to BM for any use out of the Courtyard Café without consent
from BM. This includes, but
is not limited to trays, transport equipment, chairs, tables, etc.
2.
Unauthorized
use of the Courtyard Café for functions, events, or activities outside
of normal Courtyard Café hours is strictly prohibited unless authorized
by BM. No person other than
the Courtyard Café operator may conduct business activity in the
Courtyard Café. Tenants,
patients, and visitors may not reserve or use the Courtyard Café space
for business purposes, nor conduct themselves in such a manner.
BM reserves the right to deny access to the Courtyard Café to any
person(s) in violation of this policy.
3.
Loitering and
unauthorized soliciting are prohibited in the Courtyard Café.
Soliciting includes but is not limited to canvassing, information
gathering, recruitment, job interviews etc.
4.
Smoking is
prohibited in the Courtyard Café and throughout the building(s).
5.
Please dispose of all trash and recycling
in the proper receptacles when leaving the Courtyard Café.
