Tenant Improvement Work
This section provides information regarding
tenant alterations
All construction and remodeling, including electrical, must be arranged
through the Operations Manager. If you plan to do any construction or
remodeling, Brighton Marine must approve your plans in accordance to
your lease. It is imperative that you submit plans for approval prior to
commencement of any work. All electrical, plumbing and HVAC work must be
performed by Brighton Marine, unless otherwise approved in advance by
BM.
