Mail Service

This section provides information regarding mail services at Brighton Marine Health Center.

Tenants are assigned a secured mailbox at time of lease signing.  The mailboxes are located in the Basement level of the Main Building.  It is the Tenant’s responsibility to keep the U.S. Post Office informed as to names (companies and individuals) under which it receives mail.  All mail must have your name and building number listed.  You will need to inform the U.S. Post Office and the Executive Office of the building of any changes in your mail list.

U.S. Post Office Mailbox:  There is a U.S. Post Office Mailbox located in the vestibule of Building 1 R.E. Hawes Main Building at the back entrance (Annex Road).  Mail pick-up times are listed on the mailbox.

Brighton Marine picks up mail at 10:30 A.M. Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Mail is sorted and available to Tenants no later than 12:00 P.M.  Tenants are responsible for picking up all mail and packages at the Security Office. Brighton Marine cannot guarantee mail pickup during weather emergencies.

UPS/FedEx Deliveries

UPS and FedEx Deliveries will be received and signed for by the Brighton Marine Security Department.

Packages will be left in the Security Office area for pickup. Large pallet and oversized boxes will be left in the loading dock for pick up.

A call or page will be made to the tenant representative to alert them to the delivery (if you have a preferred contact, please relay that information to the Operations Manager. The tenant should notify Security when they arrive to pick up the package and verify the quantity of packages received.

We log each delivery with number of items and we log when the calls are made and when they are picked up. When picking up packages please sign the verification log at the security desk indicating how many packages are being picked up.
